WARNING:
• Do not exceed the MAX mark when filling, otherwise the water
may boil over and cause burns!
• Always ensure that the lid (3) is tightly closed.
• Do not open the lid (3) while the water is boiling.
• The water level must be between the MAX and the MIN mark (6).
• Use the appliance only on a level work surface.
• Do not move the appliance and do not touch it when it is working.
• Use the appliance only with its base unit (7).
• Turn off the appliance before removing it from the base unit (7)!
• The base unit and exterior of the machine must not become wet.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 up, if they
are supervised or have been instructed concerning the safe use
of the appliance and understand the hazards involved.
• Cleaning and maintenance by the user shall not be made by
children unless they are age 8 or older and are supervised.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children younger
than 8 years.
• Children may not play with the appliance.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, senso-
ry, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge, if
they are supervised or have been instructed concerning safe use
of the appliance and understand the hazards involved.
• Do not repair the appliance by yourself. Please contact authorized
personnel. In order to avoid hazards, a damaged mains cable must
be replaced with an equivalent cable by the manufacturer, our
customer service or any other qualified specialist.
• This appliance is used for heating and boiling water. Never use it to
heat other fluids or food.
