Kontrollera regelbundet strömkablarna eftersom de kan skadas under maskinens drift. Koppla alltid från kablarna före kontroll och behandla alla elektriska delar med högsta försiktighet. Montera alltid tillbaka alla säkerhetsplåtar och -skydd efter underhållsarbete. Låt maskinen köra ett par minuter utan att suga stoft. Pneumatiksystemet rengör filte- rinsatserna med tryckluft. Ta bort stofttunnan. Stäng öppningen under maskinen med tätningsplåten. På båda sidor av filterenheten finns ett rött låsstift. Se bilden nedan: www.scanmaskin.se...

Om prestandan i Scan Dust Scan Dust Blästersug inte längre är tillräcklig eller om filtreringen inte längre är stoftfri måste filterinsatsen (3) kontrolleras. Innan borttagning av filterinsatserna måste stoftavskiljaren slås på en stund utan att suga stoft. Always disconnect the cables before examination and treat all electrical parts with extreme care. Always re-connect all the safety plates and covers after any maintenance work. If the noise of the Scan Dust Blastcleaner exceeds 90 dB(A) ear protections have to be worn by the operator.

16 A, 460 V, 3 phase power supply. Start the Scan Dust blastcleaner with the “On” switch (153). If the rotation of the ventilator is correct, it will start immediately. If the ventilator rotation is wrong the motor will not start. In this case first switch the machine ”Off”.
Page 25: Dust Bin
Lower the two rear clamps first. The wheels underneath the bin allows it to be pulled easily out of the Scan Dust blastcleaner. Empty it for example into a container. Fix the now empty bin using the steps shown above in reverse order.

To empty the tank open the valve on the bottom side of the separator. 4.4 Filter cartridges If the performance of the Scan Dust blastcleaner is not sufficient any more or if the filtration is no long- er dust free the filter cartridges (3) have to be checked.

Scan Dust Blastcleaner ENGLISH dust. The pulse jet cleaning mechanism then removes most of the dust on and around the cartridges. After removing the dust bin (13) the cartridges can be removed by loosening the wing screws under- neath the cartridges. Now they can be pulled out of the machine. Use air pressure to clean the filters and check them for any damage.
