Your service default is "International Calls Restricted."

Calls placed between the United States and Canada
do not require an international access code.

Special Dialing Codes

Non-Emergency Numbers
Nextel supports many "non-emergency" numbers
(such as #77, 311, and 511) provided by local and state
governments. These numbers are used to report
non-emergency incidents. If the situation includes
imminent danger or loss of life, you should dial 911.
