    5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Take all parts out of the packaging carefully and place them on a flat surface. When doing this, use suitable padding to protect the working surface. Assembly of the individual parts should be carried out by people! Before assembly, check the parts list to verify that all parts are present.

Insert excess cable into the interior of the front support tube (49). Note: We recommend persons assembling the product. One person can hold the support tube (49) while the other connects the cables (3, 48).

Fasten with sets of hex screws (9), bent washers (16) and spring washers (20). Now tighten the hex screws (9). Caution! Please note the following when assembling the swivel rods R/L): •...

USING THE COMPUTER PROGRAM  WATT PROGRAM When using program P23, the resistance level cannot be adjusted during the workout, but the computer adjusts the resistance automatically based on the speed. When reducing the speed, the resistance will automatically increase. When increasing the speed, the resistance will automatically decrease.
