The BuffEnuff® Healing Technique is created to help you achieve the best results from your BuffEnuff® Power Massager. The techniques are simple to learn and teach others. No special training is required to use the BuffEnuff® Power Massager and it is easy to use on yourself too! Additional advanced training is available and certification courses are provided for fitness and health professionals. - Page 6 DRUMMING® - Using a flat contact, hold the BuffEnuff® gently over the treatment area in one location. Now gently lift the BuffEnuff® 1-3 inches off the treated area and then gently tap the pad up and down like you’re using the BuffEnuff® as a drumstick and the body is a drum. Gentle up and down movements with minimal force are all that is required.
