Information and requirements
The following text message (SMS) functions
are available:
receive
R
read
R
managing text messages
R
The following conditions must be fulfilled in
order to use the functions:
the mobile phone is inserted in the bracket
R
and is switched on.
the PIN has been entered.
R
Upon connection of the mobile phone, the 30
most recent text messages stored on the
mobile phone's text message inbox are loa-
ded into the memory of Audio 20 and dis-
played.
While the mobile phone is connected to
Audio 20 via the bracket, new incoming text
messages appear in the Audio 20 text mes-
sage inbox. An audible signal is also heard
and the / icon appears.
Viewing the text message inbox

Press %.

Select SMS.
The SMS inbox appears.

Selecting a text message

To select: slide ZVÆ in the list.

Select a text message and press W.
Reading a text message (SMS)

Select a text message in the inbox and
press W.
The text message appears.

To scroll the display or select phone
numbers in the text: turn cVd or slide
ZVÆ until the desired entry has been high-
lighted.
The display scrolls up or down line by line,
or skips to the next or previous telephone
number.
X
To return to the list: press W.
Switching displays
You can switch between displaying the text
message sender or the text message content.
The sender display shows the sender of the
text message. If the sender is stored in the
Audio 20 phone book, the name will be dis-
