Using Special-function Buttons

Your computer is equipped with special buttons to help you use specific functions of the computer.

Muting (S1) button
AV MODE button
Functions
By default, the muting (S1) button turns the volume on and off.

To change the muting (S1) button assignment, press and hold the button or launch and navigate through the VAIO Control
Center to display the setup window. See the help file included with the VAIO Control Center for the muting (S1) button
assignment.
Launches the VAIO Launcher for selecting the desired software.
You can change the default software options in the VAIO Launcher. To do so, press and hold the AV MODE
button to display the setup window.
