Diagnosis Service Center Menu Options These are the Service Options at the time of printing this service manual. Some options may be added or deleted in future circuit board and software updates and revisions. Do not change the default settings unless they are removed from the factory. Otherwise the unit may not work properly.

Setting  Select the setting menu. You need to change the tablet language to change the language of program. If you select the languages that are not loaded in the program of the gas filling device from the tablet, the gas filling program will automatically be in Turkish. If the gas filling device is not in the program, you need to contact the manufacturer.

Setting  Database Update. Databank updates must be made by the manufacturer once a year. In order to perform the update, a password is obtained from the vendor. In order to be able to contact the vendor, you need to send the eight-digit code shown on the screen to the vendor. Updating will be performed by typing the code from blank to the empty field.

The sensor will stabilize when it gets the appropriate value. If the vacuum value remains constant over time, contact the authorized service station.

Troubleshooting  Vacuum pump not working 1. Check the on / off button on the pump. Check the proper power supply, circuit breaker and electrical connectors for damage or corrosion. Modify or repair as needed. Connect the unit power cable directly to the power supply. Do not use extension cables. Control 220 Volts from the power card on the connector.If voltage is present, check the cable connection between the electronic card and the vacuum pump.

Troubleshooting  Power Problems  The power applied to the unit must be a constant, low impedance source. It should be +10% or - 10% of the long-term balanced symbolic voltage. The limits for a 220-volt line are between 198V and 242V.

Using a digital voltmeter, make sure that there is no load on the circuit, less than 0.3 V from neutral to ground, and the voltage is constant.
