Captioning a Station Name
You can name a channel using up to five characters (letters or numbers) to
be displayed on the TV screen (e.g. ABC). Using this function, you can
easily identify which channel you are watching.

Press MENU to display the main menu.

Move the cursor (z) to "PROGRAM PRESET" with +
ENTER.
The PROGRAM PRESET menu appears.

Move the cursor to "MANUAL PROGRAM" with +
ENTER.
The MANUAL PROGRAM menu appears.

Using +
or – , move the cursor to the program position you want to
caption and press ENTER repeatedly until the first element of the
"LABEL" position turns red.

Select a letter or number with +
The next element turns red. Select other characters in the same way. For
the element you want to leave blank, select "–" and press ENTER.
