Product Code: 2069T ASSEMBLY, OPERATION, PREVENTITIVE MAINTENANCE 1. FEATURES This TradeQuip hydraulic utility crane provides the lifting power to lift a 900kg load when fully retracted and 450kg when fully extended. The boom pivots 360˚ at the base for easy loading and unloading. - Page 5 Product Code: 2069T Connect the Hydraulic Ram (F) to the Boom Main Post Secure the Base (J) to the utility bed, garage floor, or where the hoist will be used. Insert the assembled parts (Main Post, Boom and Hydraulic Ram) to the Base Insert the Boom Extension (B) into the Boom.
- Page 6 Product Code: 2069T Attach the Handle (E) to the Main Post, securing it with the Hitch Pin (17). Attach the Wheel Binding Bolt (18) to the Base. 3. BEFORE USE Prior to each use conduct a visual inspection by checking for abnormal conditions, such as cracked joints and damaged, loose, or missing parts.
