TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Possible Cause
The selector switch has not
been pressed
The power cord is damaged
The appliance is not plugged
into a working outlet
The frothing whisk is not
inserted correctly
The heating whisk is being
used in error
Milk is not fresh
Solution
Press the selector switch to turn on the
unit
Contact CustomerCare@thesecura.com
Plug the appliance into a working
electrical outlet
Insert the frothing whisk into the axle in
the milk jug
Please use fresh milk
