For the first time out of the box or after factory reset the A.1 device will update after the setup is complete in the Google Home app, if there is an update available.
You can reset your A.1 device to its factory default settings in two ways: Using a small pin, press and hold the reset button on the back of the A.1 for 5 seconds. The device status indicator will turn solid pink when successful and you can let go of the button.
