    What is the Juvaura LED infrared device? Juvaura is an LED infrared device, which emits energy in the red and ir region of the spectrum. The device is used for the treatment of various signs of aging, including fine lines, resulting in overall improved skin appearance.

    Getting to Know Your Juvaura Device Applicator Indicator Lights Indicator lights on the Applicator indicate the following: Green Light: Finished Charging The battery-full-indicator light (E) will shine steady green when the battery is fully charged. Red Light: Charging The battery charging-indicator light (F) will shine steady red while the unit is charging and will turn off when the charging process is complete.

    Getting to Know Your Juvaura Device On/Off switch The ON/OFF Switch turns the power on and off to the Applicator. After being switched on, the Applicator will go through a self-testing procedure, which should complete within 4 seconds. Base Unit and Adapter The Applicator is recharged by the charging unit supplied with the Applicator.

    Important Safety Information DO NOT USE THIS DEVICE IF: You have a condition that makes your skin especially sensitive to light, such as systemic lupus erythematosus porphyria, polymorphic light eruption, and solar urticaria. You have a history of light triggered seizures, especially if you have photosensitive epilepsy, as the pattern of bright light could induce seizures.

    How to Use the Juvaura Device Juvaura Battery Charging Insert the Applicator into its cradle in the Juvaura Base Unit. Plug the Adapter plug into the Base Unit socket. Plug the Adapter into a standard 110V AC electrical outlet. A Battery-Charging-Indicator Light (F) will shine red to indicate that your Juvaura is in the process of charging.

    For the first month (4 weeks), treatment should be performed 3 times a week for 15-20 minutes each time. (3-5 minutes on each treatment zone). Juvaura treatment regimen: After the first month, use the Juvaura device once every week for 15-20 minutes.

    For your safety, the applicator only works with full skin contact and will stop automatically if it is lifted from the skin. *Please note your Juvaura LED infrared device has an inactivity timer that will automatically shut-off the device if it is not in contact with the skin after 1 minute.

    Lift the Applicator from its cradle in the Base Unit. Press the On/Off Switch. The green Working Indicator Light (H) will start blinking, and shortly afterwards will shine steady. Your Juvaura is ready for treatment. If the Error Indicator Light (G) is on, refer to the “Troubleshooting”...
  • Page 20 Application Treatment Step 4: When you are finished with your treatment, turn OFF the Applicator by pushing the On/Off Switch. The Working Indicator Light (H) on the Applicator will turn off. Step 5: Always apply a small amount of a moisturizing cream on the treated skin areas after each session and massage it gently in circular motions.

    What to Expect During Treatment During a Juvaura session it is normal to experience and feel: A Sensation of Warmth During the Juvaura session you may feel slight warmth. This is normal and should disappear within an hour after the session.

    Maintenance of the Juvaura Device Cleaning the Juvaura Device Clean your Juvaura after each treatment, and never clean the Juvaura device or any of its parts with water or any other fluid. DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK Always unplug the Adaptor from the wall before cleaning.
