Press PRESET +/– repeatedly
to select the preset channel you
want.
You can also press the numeric buttons to
select the preset channel you want. Then
press ENTER to enter the selection.
You can select preset stored preset
channels from 1 to 30.
Note
The preset channel information will be updated
depending on the service provided by the XM
Satellite Radio Inc. that you have subscribed to.

Message Explanation

CHECK The XM antenna is not connected or
ANTENNA transmission is not being received
properly.
UPDATING The encryption code is being updated.
NO SIGNAL The signal is too weak.
LOADING The audio channel or information is being
acquired.
OFF AIR The selected channel is off the air.
(space)–––– There is no characteristic information
such as an artist name, song title or
program title available.
XM–– The preset number entered is an invalid
number.
–––CH The selected channel is not available.

Remedies
Make sure that the antenna is securely
connected.
Try to disconnect the antenna, then reconnect it,
or turn off the power, then it turn back on.
Wait until the encryption code has been updated.
Adjust the antenna so that the signal is as strong
as possible.
Wait until the audio channel or information has
been acquired.
Make sure that you selected the channel
properly.
Try to select another channel.
