GAS LINE CONNECTION WARNING: Only persons licensed to work with gas piping may make the necessary gas connections to this appliance. The appliance is provided with an opening on both sides of the control compartment. A 3/8" gas supply pipe must be brought near this inlet hole, from either the left or right hand side. -

f i r e - p a r t s . c o m Direct Vent Type products may be vented through the sidewall of the dwelling or vertically through the roof. This type of appliance draws all of it's air for combustion from outside of the dwelling through specially designed vent pipe. -

- Page 11 Location of Horizontal Termination The following diagram outlines restrictions on vent terminal location. These minimum clearances must be observed. Horizontal terminal must not be blocked by shrubs, tree, utilitysheds or any other obstructions. Terminal should have at least 18” clearance from any such obstacles.
