Normally, select "STD".
• WET
Select to increase front reverberations.
x SCREEN DEPTH (Screen depth)
Lets you create the sensation that the sound of the front
speakers comes from inside the screen in your listening
room, like theatres.
• ON
Lets you create the sensation that the sound comes
from a very large screen with a great amount of
screen depth.
• OFF
This function is not activated.
x VIR.SPEAKERS (Virtual speakers)
This parameter is especially for the Cinema Studio EX
modes (page 32).
• ON
The virtual speakers are created.
• OFF
The virtual speakers are not created.
Note
The setting of "SCREEN DEPTH" and
"VIR.SPEAKERS" are not linked with sound fields.
x A.F.D. 2CH SW
(Creating low frequency signals)
• CREATE
Lets you create low frequency signals for output to
the subwoofer when "A.F.D. AUTO" is selected.
• OFF
Low frequency signals are not created.

the following parameters are displayed and
adjustable.

Lets you output the test tone sequentially from adjacent
speakers.
x PHASE AUDIO (Phase audio)
Initial setting: OFF
Lets you output the front 2 channel source sound
(instead of the test tone) sequentially from adjacent
speakers. When i.LINK input is selected, this function
is unavailable.
x SUB WOOFER TRIM (Sub woofer trim
adjustment)
Initial setting: 0 dB
Lets you adjust the level of the sub woofer when the
signals of sub woofer channel is input. Use this
parameter to adjust the sub woofer level when
connecting headphones or when the sub woofer is not
connected. You can adjust from –6 dB to +6 dB in 1 dB
steps.
x CENTER TRIM X.X dB (Center speaker trim
adjustment)
Initial setting: 0 dB
Lets you adjust the output of the center speaker.
Increase this parameter if you are having trouble
