    TO F~LAY A DVD OR LD RECORDED DOLIBY DIGITAL SURROUND This receiver is equipped with the Dolby Digital decoder and has the DIGITAL IN (both OPTICAL and COAXIAL) terminals. When a DVD or LD player is connected to the DIGITAL IN terminal of the receiver, you can enjoy theater-quality audio right in your home when playing discs recorded in Dolby Digital Surround.
