  • Page 14 4. Lower the extractor disc (32) inside the tray (34), pressing the button (35). 5. Place one of the cellophane discs deposited in the tray (30) on the extractor disc (32). 6. Put the desired amount of meat in the tray but do not exceed it. 7. Cover with another cellophane disc. 8. Lower the handle and press lightly so that the minced meat is compacted. 3° 2° 1° 9.     CLEANING • The HR HAMBURGER PRESS does not require particular maintenance. • Use hot water only to clean the body of the machine (at a temperature no less than 30°C) and biodegradable foamy dish-washing detergent (with pH 7-8). • Clean the tray and press disc thoroughly. • Also wash the extractor plate as any piece of crockery, also in the dishwasher. DECOMMISSIONING .1 - Correct procedure A machine compromises: • Aluminium-alloy frame. • Stainless-steel inserts and components. • Plastics, etc. - When commissioning third parties to perform dismantling and demolition, only businesses authorised to dispose of these materials should be employed. - When demolishing without outside assistance, sort the various types of material and hand over to authorised businesses for disposal. ALWAYS comply with the current legislation of the country in which the slicer is utilised.
