  • Page 2 Install a suitable ELV 4 core cable between the PIR/CM sensor and the IRS1/C or BW2/C controller. The cable is to be either installed in a suitable enclosure or clipped direct to the surface using a staple or clip. The cable insulation must be rated to the maximum voltage present in the system.
  • Page 3 Wiring Diagram The diagram below shows the connection details for a PIR/CM detector. 1 to 4 detectors may be specified. The number of detectors is subject to the type of controller specified. IRS2/C controller = 1-4 detectors IRS1/C controller = 1 or 2 detectors Where lux level control has been specified then it is recommended that the first detector be the PIR/CM/LDR and the remainder be PIR/CM detectors.
