To operate the Touch 3.9G 7.2Mbps device:
1. Installation a. Plug the dongle (with a regular or micro SIM card with an adaptor) into the USB port. b. Click ‘Run Install’ to start the installation. c. Select the language and click ‘OK’. d. 3. TROUBLESHOOTING a. Dongle / device not detected Solution 1: Close the Connect Manager. Insert the dongle in the USB port (make sure to use a functioning USB port).
