    This section helps you to set up your ISS and connect it to a TV and other devices. CONNECT SPIRULA SPEAKERS DEEPTIME designed elegant premium cables and audio terminals to allow connections between the Thunderstone subwoofer and Spirula speakers. As shown on the image below, both the terminals and cable connectors are colour-coded for correct engagement.

    CONNECT IONIC SOUND SYSTEM TO YOUR TV Connect your Ionic Sound System to a TV. You can listen to audio from TV programs through your Ionic Sound System. CONNECT TO TV THROUGH OPTICAL An Optical connection supports digital audio and is an alternative to an HDMI audio connection.

    PLACE YOUR IONIC SOUND SYSTEM Placement of Spirula Speakers As a rule of thumb, the Spirula speakers should be about 0.6 - 1.0 metre away from the centre of your computer, laptop or TV screen. They should be facing forward and angled inward slightly toward the audience or centre of the room.

    Thunderstone Placement What’s the best place for the Thunderstone subwoofer? The subwoofer is by default omnidirectional, so you can place it almost anywhere in the room. On the other hand, it is not always this simple. The room acoustics come into play and the placement often involves a compromise between available space, floor traffic, aesthetic considerations and last but not least, optimal sound quality.

    USE YOUR IONIC SOUND SYSTEM Top Panel MASTER VOLUME CONTROL (INNER WHEEL) Master volume controls the volume of the entire sound system. This includes both speakers and subwoofer together. BASS VOLUME CONTROL (OUTER RING) The bass volume controls the volume of the subwoofer. Simply spin the ring clockwise when your ears are hungry for more bass.

    IONIC SOUND SYSTEM PROPERTIES Auto standby The audio system automatically switches to standby after 10 minutes of inactivity and no audio / video play from a connected device. When in standby mode, the Ambient lights goes down. The system remembers the last volume intensity set when going to stand-by, when getting awake by signal coming either to Audio Input or Bluetooth it starts playing on the same volume level.

    Connect the audio cable from your subwoofer to your TV or other devices. ● Reset your Ionic Sound System to its factory settings by unplugging the power cord for at least 10 seconds and plugging it back again.
