Installation Guide Power Distribution Card (PDC) Evolution IP-20LH receives an external supply of 48V current via one or two Power Distribution Cards (PDCs). The PDC or PDCs distribute the power via the backplane to all the modules in the chassis. Each module receives the 48V input and regulates it down to the operating voltage required by that module.
