ASSEMBLY FORK MOUNT POSITIONS Step 1: ALL BICYCLES SHOULD ALWAYS Place Quick Release Skewer BE MOUNTED FRONT END UP ON in fork mount. A DRAFTMASTER. Install nut. We position your fork mounts at the factory in the right-left position and up-down orientation that is most likely to work for your combination of bicycles.
