Setting the automatic shut-off time

Tap General from the drop-down list on the Preferences
screen.

Tap the arrow V next to Auto-off after and then select the
desired time setting for the automatic shut-off feature.

If you want to leave your CLIE handheld turned on while it is
connected to the cradle, make sure that the check box next
to "Stay on in Cradle" is selected. To turn it off automatically,
clear the check box.
