ELPIS-4 / 3 / 2 User Guide Electrosurgical Unit 2.1 Mechanism [Figure 01] Monopolar electrosurgical An electrosurgical unit is a medical device that is used to reduce bleeding in a portion of the body tissue and to dissect or stop the bleeding from the bleeding site. The device consists of three components: main body, electrode, and patient plate.
