    English Start-Up and Operation Initial Set Up After unpacking clean and allow the cabinet to stand for 2 hours before turning on. Ensure the cabinet is situated where neither hot nor cold air sources will affect its performance. Make sure that a minimum clearance of 310mm above and 50mm around the cabinet is available for ventilation and effective operation.

    English Real Time Clock Set Up The controller requires a time reference for correct operation; provided by an internal ‘real-time’ clock. When the mains power is removed a battery maintains the clock settings for up to 150 hours/ 6 days (this is not a replaceable battery and re-charges while mains power is supplied).
  • Page 7 English Defrost Automatic Defrost This defrost starts automatically at fixed time intervals or when programmed intervals have been set (a max of 6 per 24 hours). • Timed Defrost – With DFM = TIM defrosts take place at regular intervals when the timer reaches the value DFT. E.g with DFM = TIM and DFT = 06, a defrost will take place every 6 hours.
