    SÄKERHETSFÖRESKRIFTER Observera! Betongytfräsarna Ferox 320 är konstruerade enligt existerande säkerhetsföreskrifter och -be- stämmelser. Dessa tekniska försiktighetsåtgärder får under inga omständigheter tas bort eller modi- fieras. Beakta även följande under drift av maskinen: Ytfräsarna ska alltid användas med alla säkerhetsskydd och tekniska försiktighetsåtgärder.

    Ferox 320 fräs/shaver SVENSKA Observera! Om verktygen sänks alltför mycket försämras maskinens prestanda. Du kommer också att förstöra axlarna i trumman och maskinens lager. Observera! Om fräsjusteraren sänks för lågt kommer buraxlarna att klämma fräsarna mellan axeln och ytan (A). Detta leder till brott i fräsarna, axlarna och buren. Fräsarna ska alltid kunna röra sig fritt omkring axlarna (B).

    JUSTERING AV TRUMMAN Under driften av ytfräsen Ferox 320 eller efter att trumman har ändrats eller bytts ut kan det hända att trumaxeln och axeln för bakhjulen inte längre är inriktade.     Ferox 320 fräs/shaver SVENSKA UNDERHÅLL OCH RENGÖRING 8.1 Lager Alla lager är livstidsinfettade. 8.2 Höjdjustering och leder Alla leder måste smörjas regelbundet med ett standard maskinfett. 8.3 Drivremmen Kontrollera remmarna ungefär var 30:e drifttimma. Remmen spänns automatiskt av ett spännhjul un- der remskyddet.

    Ferox 320 Scarifier/Shaver ENGLISH MACHINE APPLICATIONS Planing of horizontal, dry floors such as concrete and steel surfaces with or without a coating and asp- halt using planing tools. The use of the machine outside is only possible in dry weather.

    SAFETY RULES Attention! The Ferox 320 floor planers are constructed according to existing safety rules and regulations. These technical precautions should not be removed or changed under any circumstances. While ope- rating the machines the following points should also be kept in mind: The planers should always be operated with all safety covers and technical precautions.

    Ferox 320 Scarifier/Shaver ENGLISH Attention: Lowering cutter adjuster too far will cause cage shafts to pinch cutters between the shaft and the surface (A). This will cause cutters, shafts, and cage to break. The cutters should be able to move freely around the shafts at all times (B).

    ADJUSTING THE DRUM During the operation of the Ferox 320 floor planer or after a drum has been changed or replaced, the drum shaft and the rear wheel axis can fall out of alignment. This results in an uneven track on the floor.

    Ferox 320 Scarifier/Shaver ENGLISH MAINTEINANCE AND CLEANING 8.1 Bearings All bearings are greased for their life time. 8.2 Height adjustment and joints All joints have to be greased periodically with a standard machine grease 8.3 Belt drive Check the belts after approximately every 30 hours of operation.The belt is tensioned automatically by a tensioner wheel underneath the belt cover.
