4 From the Help Improve Media Center screen, select whether or not you would
like to join the Customer Experience Improvement Program, then click Next.
5 From the Enhanced Playback screen, you have the option of selecting to
connect to the internet and downloading additional media information.
On the Enhanced Playback screen, select Yes, and then click Next.
