    • Always operate the Inflator in a well-ventilated area. If using in an enclosed area, always provide adequate ventilation by means of air conditioning or an opened window. Burn hazard • Only grasp the Inflator by its handle. Other parts of the unit may become hot from operation. Burst hazards • Do not exceed manufacturer’s recommended pressure rating for the item being inflated.

  • Page 5 Connect the 12-volt DC power plug into a 12-volt DC cigarette lighter accessory socket, twisting it to make a good connection. If using with a vehicle, plug the Inflator into an unswitched 12-volt DC power port of the vehicle. If you do not have an unswitched power port, you will need to turn the ignition key to the accessory position.

    Plug the Inflator into a 12-volt DC cigarette lighter/accessory socket. The gauge will display 000. To change the unit of measure from PSI, BAR, KG/CM2 or KPA, hold down the ON/RESET button for 3 seconds until the display flashes. Release the ON/RESET button and then push it repeatedly to scroll through the units of measure.

    Pressure Gauge Battery Replacement When the pressure gauge batteries get low, a low battery indicator will display in the upper right corner when the gauge is being used to check tire pressure. legend Screw Battery Cover Batteries Remove the screw and remove the battery cover from the gauge. Remove the two old batteries and dispose of properly.

    WARRANTY Manufacturer warrants to the original consumer, or purchaser, that the PEAK® PKC0VG 12V Inflator will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of sale to the original purchaser.
