I have a high performance series 3 that was installed in a used vehicle I purchased in 2012. How do I lower the sensitivity of the alarm as a vehicle with a loud exhaust sets off the alarm every night.

The sensitivity of the SWDS KARR BT Series alarm system is set during installation. Adjusting it yourself may affect its performance. It is strongly recommended to contact the customer service department so a technician can properly recalibrate the Shock Sensor.

My light is staying on blue. No flashing. I can’t seem to get it out of valet mode. I believe that’s where it set.
