    03 — POSITIONING YOUR ROASTER 1 Place your roaster on a hard surface with plenty of space around it to access all of the sides and the top of the roaster. Never use the roaster on a soft surface of tablecloth as that will affect the airflow. 2 During the roasting process hot air is released through the vent of the roaster.
