Troubleshooting
Before contacting a Samsung Service Center, please attempt the
following solutions. Some situations may not apply to your device.
If the tips below do not solve the problem, contact a Samsung Service
Center.
The screen does not appear when the HMD is connected
to the computer
• Ensure that the USB cable and the HDMI cable are correctly
connected.
• Ensure that the USB 3.0 port is connected.
• Ensure that the Mixed Reality Portal app is installed on the
computer.
