The battery is not fully
charged after 24-hours
of charging.
The battery voltage is less
than 12V in 2 minutes after
full charged.
The temperature of the
Er3
charger is too high.
Condition Possible Cause
The battery is
defective.
The battery clamps
are disconnected
from the battery.
The battery clamps
are connected to
each other.
The battery voltage
is not matched to the
selected mode.

Solution
Replace the battery.
Connect the battery
firmly and correctly.

Disconnect the load
and attempt to charge
again.
Select a higher

Ensure adequate
ventilation. The charger
will resume charging
after cooling.
