Uniwa won't receive messages

The Uniwa V808G may not receive messages due to several possible reasons:

1. Network Compatibility – The phone only supports AT&T and its affiliated virtual carriers in the USA. If the SIM card is from an unsupported carrier, messaging may not work.
2. SIM Card Issues – A damaged, improperly inserted, or inactive SIM card can prevent message reception.
3. Storage Limit – The phonebook can store up to 1000 contacts, but if the message storage is full, new messages may not be received. Deleting old messages may help.
4. Network Signal – Poor or no signal can prevent message delivery. Ensuring a strong network connection is necessary.
5. Incorrect Settings – Incorrect message center number or settings could block incoming messages. Checking and correcting these settings may resolve the issue.

If none of these solutions work, restarting the phone or restoring factory settings (default code: 1234) may help.
