5.2 Mounting temperature sensors Temperature sensors may be mounted on the outside of piping with the ClimaCheck method due to the inherent low sensitivity to temperature errors. This is a critical advantage compared to traditional methods but should not be taken as an excuse to not follow the recommended procedures below.
The white cable got a resistance of 0.07 K/m and the red cable 0.035 K/m (using all four leads in pairs). Fill in the offset for each changed PT1000 in the Configuration document and send to ClimaCheck support.

11 Configuration of IO module R560 The ClimaCheck module R560 has 8 configurable inputs, this section explains how to change Modbus address and configuration between 4-20mA and V/PT input. In most cases the IO modules will be delivered pre-configured to fit the system, but changes in the setup compared to the order may cause a need for change of these settings.
20 mA). Make sure that the specified sensor is being used. 12.1.3 Supply voltage All ClimaCheck pressure transmitters require a supply voltage of 8-28 VDC. Make sure that the supply voltage is within the range and in correct polarity. Below is a table showing what each wire on the pressure cable represents as well as how they are connected to the pressure transmitter.
Reconnect the OUT/Signal wire to the terminal in the ClimaCheck housing. If the calculated pressure does not correspond to the reading in the PA Pro, the configuration in the PA Pro needs to be checked. Contact ClimaCheck support for more help.
Sensors has been connected/configured on the wrong position Contact ClimaCheck support with a revised connection list or Clear all configured sensors and connect them again. Check section 7 for more info. Installation Manual PA Pro III online – 2018-03-16 Page 28 of 30...
Make sure that there is adequate voltage supply to the power meter. The unit may be powered on, but the Modbus communication will not function properly without correct voltage supply. Make sure that the PA Pro configuration is set correctly. Contact ClimaCheck support for more help. 12.4.3 Measurement Experience shows that the biggest challenge for ClimaCheck users is to apply power measurements correctly.
