GeeFi Return Policy
You can return the product for any
reason within 30 days of receiving the
device. Beyond this period, we cannot
offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns must include the device in its
original packaging, along with any all
accessories, or documents. You are
responsible for pre-paid return
shipping charges, and assume all risk
of loss or damage to product during
transit to GeeFi. For your protection,
we recommend that you use an
insurable, traceable method of
shipping.
NOTE: We do not accept any return
without either of the following: 1) The
customer must contact the GeeFi
Customer Experience Team to explain
the reason for return and possible
troubleshooting, and 2) the customer
must initiate the return and obtain
specific guidelines for the return—in
advance.
There are some situations in which
only a partial refund will be given. An
item in ineligible for return if it is not
in its original condition, has damage,
or is missing parts that are not the
result of GeeFi.
When your return is received and
inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received
your device, and confirm whether or
not it is eligible for a refund. If so,
then your refund will be processed
within three weeks and a credit will be
applied to your original method of
payment.
