    2. Introduction The MD8 airscan Remote Control 1ZE---0003 is an interface which allows the user to carry out automatic air sampling with the MD8 airscan air sampler at several collection locations in succession in a process line via a PLC.

    When the test is successfully completed, and provided the instrument is connected to an MD8 airscan air sampler, the green LED stays on ("on") (Fig. 4, b). This shows that the instrument is ready for use and the measurement (air sampling) can be started.

    Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde! Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu Ihrer Entscheidung für die MD8 aircan Remote-Control 1ZE---0003. Die MD8 airscan Remote-Control ist eine Neuentwicklung für den seit langem bewährten Luftkeimsammler MD8 airscan. Sie haben damit ein Produkt gewählt, das nach Deutscher Elektro- und Feinwerk- technischer Qualität und Güte gefertigt wurde.

Einleitung Die MD8 airscan Remote-Control 1ZE---0003 ist ein Gerät, das dem Anwender ermöglicht, in einer Prozesslinie mit dem MD8 airscan Luftkeimsammelgerät über eine SPS-Steuerung, automatische Messungen an mehreren Sammlungsorten nacheinander durchzuführen. Diese Bedienungsanleitung dient in erster Linie als technische Beschreibung, wie die Remote Control an eine vorhandene SPS Steuerung angeschlossen und betrieben wird.

    2. Zum Auswechseln der Feinsicherung muss das Gerät vom Netz getrennt werden (Netzstecker entfernen). 3. Die Remote-Control darf nur in Verbindung mit einem MD8 airscan und SPS Steuerung in Betrieb genommen werden. 4. Der Gebrauch für andere als die hier beschriebenen Zwecke, oder unsachgemäße Bedienung befreit den Hersteller von jeglicher Gewährleistung.

    5. Auspacken des Gerätes und Überprüfung des Lieferumfanges Sartorius Stedim Biotech Produkte sind sorgfältig für den Transport verpackt. Trotz- dem sollte beim Auspacken das Gerät auf etwaige Transportschäden sowie anhand der weiter unten aufgeführten Liste auf Vollständigkeit des Lieferungsumfanges überprüft werden. Durch diese Maßnahme wird außerdem sichergestellt, dass keine Teile des Liefer umfanges in der Verpackung zurückbleiben.

    Zustands-Led´s. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss des Tests und wenn eine Verbindung zum eingeschalte- ten MD8 airscan besteht, bleibt die grüne LED („On“) (b) an. Damit ist das Gerät betriebsbereit und mit der Messung kann begonnen werden. Sollte der Selbsttest nicht erfolgreich beendet werden, so bleibt die grüne LED (“On“) aus.

    9. Funktionsbeschreibung Eine Messung kann gestartet werden, wenn die grüne LED (“On“) der MD8 airscan Remote-Control an ist. Um den Messvorgang zu Starten, muss von der SPS-Steuerung ein Relais mit einem Schließer Kontakt für etwa 100 ms angesteuert werden werden.
