- Page 5 1. Slide the upper cushion support into the open section of the lower cushion support, ensuring that the lower holes in the upper cushion support align with the top holes in the lower cushion support. Please see the image on the top left.
- Page 6 4. Place the upper cushion onto the upper cushion support, making sure that the holes both parts align (please see the image to the top left). Once done, secure the upper cushion correctly into place by using small hex screws in each of the holes.
