Infrared absorption spectrum, also known as infrared spectrophotometry, achieves qualitative and quantitative analysis of material, by making use of the property of material of selective absorption for infrared electromagnetic radiation.

The zero calibration refers to the steps as follow: the sensor feedback is a stable value or fluctuates in a small range when inlet the clean gas or nitrogen gas without the measured gas and other interfering gas, and then record the value as the internal parameter.
