    S.p.A. TL01-A TL01-A sensor description TL01-A is a microcontroller optic-electronic sensor that can detect printed lines, printed contrasts and working material edges. It can work with a contrast lamp when the internal lamps are inactive. It is fitted with four keys for the calibration and to access the sensor’s advanced functions.

    S.p.A. TL01-A TL01-A sensor functioning The sensor scans the material in the direction indicated by the light arrow. If you change the reading direction, sensor scans in the opposite direction. The line or edge position and the sensor analogical output are updated in real time (1 msec max).

    10mm ± The spacer, useful to find the correct angle of the TL01-A in relation to the roller, must be positioned between the sensor and the roller, making sure that the hole is positioned higher than the TL01-A.

    The value is shown on the display. Then secure the TL01-A in that position (if you have used a white background with black line, the value should be between 4,5 and 8,5)
