basis for the fulfilment of service commitments

accidental or indirect losses of users and dealers

damages or the damages in the aftermath, expected
losses in property, data or privacy, or damages due
to work with the device and its malfunctions during
work. Meanwhile, the repairing of faulty products
will cause data loss. Please back up in advance.
EROS Technology shall not pay for any loss due to
data loss during usage or the repairing services, or
for any other indirect losses.
