  • Page 3 HEAT RECOVERY VENTILATION QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE TO RUNNING THE SYSTEM A heat recovery ventilation system is not in itself a heating system. It helps to preserve the heat within your home at the same time as it replaces the indoor stale air with fresh air from outside.

    Set House This is the minimum air temperature that you want the HX system to deliver air on the supply side of the sys- tem and is delivered to the room supply diffusers. This setting is used in conjunction with the booster heater and is designed to always deliver the temperature selected.

    Fresh Air Supply fan will stop working at this temperature. This will prevent the system from heating your home up on a hot summers day. The HX unit can only be used for cooling in conjunction with an air conditioning unit.

    Control. You will be able to enter a specific daily budget for the heater operation by setting your house- hold power costs and making a selection on how much money you want to limit the heater operation to in your moistureMASTER system. Move the cursor to CCP settings then press SELECT and a series of screens will appear.

    Timer Function The timer is used solely to control the booster heater operation of the HX Unit. It is the last selection in the Settings Menu. Place the cursor next to the Heater Timer label and press SELECT. The timer screen will automatical- ly appear.
