- Page 5 Freshly Squeezed 12 Manual Page 5 of 15 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1.) Prior to use, please read instruction manual. 2.) Uncrate Press 3.) If oil is low in reservoir—needs to be added 4.) Roll Press into production area. 5.) Place Juice Collection Tray into indicated position.

Once you hear a “whistling sound,” switch the black lever to the neutral position “N.” Leave in the neutral position until the juice has stopped dripping.
