  • Page 2 The burner is controlled by a single knob (ON/OFF) supported by a pilot burner and flame failure thermocouple Controls: The Stockpot stove in controllable by the knob at the front. The knob can be turned clockwise or anti-clockwise to operate the burner.
  • Page 3 Section 3: Cleaning and Maintenance 1) The unit should be cleaned every evening after daily use 2) The frame and burner may be cleaned with a soft brush or sponge 3) The jets of the burner should be cleaned once a year and must be performed by an authorized gas service company.
