HL180 Zone 0 Flashlight User Manual
Descripton:
The HL-180 Zone 0 Flashlight is a batery powered, lightweight, handheld
torch certfed for safe operaton within ATEX/IECEx Zone 0, Zone I and Zone
II hazardous locatons. The fashlight has three modes: low; high; and
fashing, to allow users to select between high brightness and long operaton.

USED BATTERIES, OR MIX BATTERIES FROM DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS OR
FROM DIFFERENT TYPES
REMOVE THE BATTERIES WHEN UNUSED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME TO
PREVENT DRAINAGE AND BATTERY LEAKAGE IN THE DEVICE

Installaton:
Operaton:
Rotate the switch (A) clockwise to operate. The sequence is high-low-fash
mode.
Safety Lock:
To unlock the safety on the switch (A) push the safety up.
To lock the safety on the switch (A) push the safety down.
Fastener for Beam Adjustment:
Afer bateries have been installed, turn (B) antclockwise untl it matches
with the arrow on the switch (A). Us the hex kit to screw the fastener untl it
is fat to the surface before adjustment.
Beam Adjustment (C):
Hold onto (B), and turn (C) to
adjust beam. Turn antclockwise
for spotlight and turn clockwise
for foodlight.

Safety Warnings:
1.
The fastener shall be screwed untl it is fat to the surface, afer
opening and closing of the enclosure. Do not over screw as it will
afect the IP ratng.
2.
Do not fash the light beam directly to human's eyes.
3.
Always use the device following the regulatons of each country.
