    Assembly Instructions Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product. Note: For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, refer to Parts List and Diagram on page 14.
  • Page 5 Roof Frame Assembly Note: Much of this product’s assembly is done using slip fit construction. Make sure all parts seat completely and securely. A rubber mallet (sold separately) can be used to gently tap parts in place to ensure a tight fit. Figure A: Roof Assembly Overview 1.
  • Page 6 3. Assemble a roof side rail using a 3-Way Side Connector B (9), an Extension Pole (2) connected to a Joist (3), and then a 3-Way Side Connector A (8) on the far end. The combined Extension Pole  /   J oist assembly (2, 3) connects to the straight ends of the Connectors, and the curved ends of all Connectors must face up angled the same direction, as shown.
  • Page 7 Leg Assembly Installation 1. Have assistants raise one side of the roof assembly. 2. Install two corner leg assemblies (2, 6) into the 3‑Way Side Connectors A  /   B (8, 9) with the Corner Legs (6) facing inward. Figure G: Leg Assembly Installation 3.
  • Page 8 Bottom Rail Assembly 1. Assemble the two bottom cross rails by connecting Bottom Rail A (4) to Bottom Rail B (5). 2. Attach the combined Bottom Cross Rail assemblies (4, 5) to the Corner Legs (6) using 3‑Way Bottom Rail Clamps (10), M6 Nuts (12), M6  x   4 0 Bolts (13), and M6 Washers (14), as shown below.
  • Page 9 3. Measure the width of the frame at front and back. It should be 6' wide. The distance diagonally in one direction should be equal to the distance diagonally in the other direction. If any measurements do not match, adjust the frame and retake measurements until they are equal within a reasonable tolerance.
  • Page 10 Door and Back Cover Installation 1. Position the Door Cover (17) near where you want the front of the Greenhouse, and turn it so that the zipper faces the outside of the Greenhouse, and the warning tag faces inside. 2. Locate the webbed strap that runs through the hem on the Cover flaps and around the perimeter of the Cover.
  • Page 11 Roof Cover Installation 1. Lay the Roof Cover (15) on the ground next to the frame. Make sure that the edges with black straps are alongside the Door/Back Covers (16, 17) with the fabric tubes facing upwards. Refer to Figure N: Roof Cover. 2.
  • Page 12 Securing Ratchet Tie-Downs 1. Thread the strap through the spindle of the Ratchet Tie-Down (11) as far as it will go. Figure P: Threading Strap Through Spindle 2. Insert the S-hook of the Ratchet Tie-Down into the outside hole in the Corner Leg (6). Figure Q: Inserting Hook into Corner Leg 3.

    Maintenance Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed only by a qualified technician. TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM PRODUCT FAILURE: Do not use damaged products. If damage is noted, have the problem corrected before further use. Inspection MONTHLY, inspect the general condition of the Greenhouse.
