Albatross WTS Filtration System Operating Instructions
Water Drain
Set‐Up
Place the WTS under the washout booth .
The Pre‐Filter box is on the left tank. Line the
Pre‐Filter Box with screen mesh, this will serve as the first
stage of filtration, it also prolongs filter space and pump life.
When the mesh clogs, shake it out in a waste basket and
replace.
Make sure the filter caps are attached. Do not
Over tighten the caps.
Connect a hose to the Water Drain (by the pump)
Make sure the control box is switched off (to the left)
Plug the control box in
Fill the left tank with water
Turn on the control box. It will take a few minutes before the water fills the canisters and begins to
drain out of the system
The system will shut off when the water gets low.
The system is now ready for use.

- Page 2 Maintenance When a filter is full an alarm will sound and an indicator light on the control box will illuminate. On the back of the control box each green light is marked with the appropriate filter cartridge. The easiest way to change the filters is to pull the unit from under the booth and turn it on its side. Using a pipe wrench, open the cap and replace the filter. Re‐attach the cap. Make sure not to over tighten the cap.
