The Cooluli INFINITY-15L may not be cooling due to one of the following reasons:
1. Fan obstruction or failure – Check the back of the unit for obstructions and ensure at least a 2-inch clearance around the fan and vents.
2. Main power source failure – If the unit and lights are off, check the power outlet. Try using the DC power cord in a vehicle or the AC power cord in a 100-120V outlet.
3. Cooling performance – The unit cools 35°F to 40°F below ambient temperature. If the cooling is significantly less, the unit may be faulty.
If the issue persists after checking these, contact Customer Support.
