    Mobile App Once you have downloaded the Conexum mobile app from the app store, you can start to setup and pair it with the Conexum remote controller. Launch the app and you will be presented with the End User Software License Agreement, please press “ACCEPT”...
  • Page 6 Each Conexum remote controller has a unique id (e.g. Conexum_FFFF0) and the app will scan for this remote controller and indicate it to you. If the app fails to find the remote controller, the following screen will be shown. You can hold down the “OK” + “HOME” key at the same time on the remote controller to reinitialize the pairing process, wait for a BEEP sound and now you can press the “SCAN DEVICE”...

    Adding a New Device If the pairing is successful, you will be able to setup and add up to 4 new devices and start downloading the relevant infrared codes required to operate them for this remote controller. Press “Add new device” and you will be prompted to setup the 4 devices. There are 4 devices location (e.g.
  • Page 8 Once you have confirmed setting up on the “TV” location, you can choose from our comprehensive cloud-based Infrared code library and select device. Your smartphone or tablet PC must be connected to the Internet. Select “TV” and press “NEXT” as an example and then you will need to select the device brand.
  • Page 9 Once selected, the mobile apps’ built-in Smart Search feature will find the infrared code for your device. The app will make an attempt to connect to the remote controller via BLE. You will need to point your remote controller to the device to test out a few keys.
