The basics
Performing a hard reset
To perform a hard reset:
Follow the soft reset procedure on the previous section
while also sliding the Power key and holding.
Resetting the phone
To reset the phone's system:
From the Start menu, tap Settings → System tab →
Erase Memory → Erase Memory. Write "yes" in the
input field and tap Yes.
After about 5 seconds, the phone reboots and then
begins alignment process.
WARNING!
Resetting will delete all your programmes and data.

Managing memory

Memory provides information about the amount of the
available system memory and the memory card. You
can also view a list of currently operating programmes.
Memory on your phone is shared between storage
memory and programme memory. Storage memory is
used to store the information you create and the
programmes you install. Programme memory is used to
run programmes on your phone.
